Tacky Souvenir Swap

This week I had a nice surprise when opening my mailbox: a sweet package from Arizona. Garci and I participated in a tacky souvenir swap hosted by Andrea, and I must say that I am very glad that she's been my partner for this exchange because I 've been so spoiled !

First she wrote me a sweet letter, then I received totally cheesy key chains, candy, tequila flavored lollipop with a (surprise!) worm inside (hehe, nobody eats it, unless you're completely drunk, according to Garcia), a cute bottle of beer salt: Another discovery is that's the way they drink beer in the southwest of United States, particularly in Texas; I had postcards, stamps (including one with John Wayne on it, so damn cool)vintage stationery, all wrapped in vintage sweet gift papers. If you want to see what I sent her from Paris have a look on her beautiful blog. My new penfriend was so much more creative than me, but I'll catch up and make her travel to Paris again!
